Connecticut Stormwater Authority is owned and operated by Stacy Heneghan, who is supported by her dedicated and highly skilled staff. Stacy got her start in the industry managing front office operations for Connecticut Gutter, LLC, where she learned about the ill effects of stormwater on our water quality. Stacy then spearheaded the company's stormwater division before branching out and launching her own stormwater firm, Connecticut Stormwater Authority LLC. Stacy is certified QPSWPP, QCIS (Qualified Preparer of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater) and continues to learn as she and her team tackle new challenges.

Stacy lives with her husband and children in Riverside, CT and enjoys traveling and down time at the beach.
